Da ich aus Köln wegziehen werde muss ich schweren Herzens meine liebe Wg verlassen. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof raus und ist daher trotz der zentralen Lage immer sehr ruhig. Unsere Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine sowie eine nigelnagelneue Waschmaschine :)
Die WG ist direkt am Südbahnhof und der Zülpicher Str. Bis zur Haltestelle Dasselstr. und zum Südbahnhof dauert es nur
2 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die Haltestellen Zülpicherplatz und Babarossaplatz sind nur ca 5 Minute entfernt. Die Supermärkte Penny und Rewe sind direkt um die Ecke. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Clubs sind Fußläufig erreichbar.
Und die Uniwiesen liegen auch direkt vor der Tür :)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Magdalena (25), ist im Master ihres Lehramtsstudium und Vicky (28), ist schon im Berufsleben angekommen.
Wir wünsche uns eine WG, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann, ein familiäres, aufgeschlossenes, respektvolles, faires, tolerantes Miteinander 🫶🏼 (keine Zweck-Wg).
Wir quatschen und essen gerne gemeinsam, sind gern unterwegs, probieren uns durchs Urbansports Programm :)
