Bright, fully furnished 12 sqm room for rent in downtown Cologne. Due to the very high ceilings and the huge window, there is a lot of natural light and the room looks much bigger than it is. You definitely won’t have the feeling of “living in a box”.
The flat has a big fully equiped kitchen: new stove/oven, fridge and freezer combo, new washing maschine, new microwave, steem cooker, mixer, sandwich toaster, and everything you´ll need to prepare your meals (cooking pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses).
The whole flat is about 60 sqm, very bright and it is located in one of the best areas in Cologne (city center, very close to the metro station Rudolfplatz). This is the best area for young people, within walking distance to many bars, discos, movie theaters, cafes and restaurants. In addition, you will also find a post office, as well as several supermarkets, bakery shops and small convenience stores which are very close to the flat.
Some information about myself:
I was born in South America, hold dual citizenship and have been living in Germany for many years. I studied Business Administration with a focus in International Trade. After that, I concluded my MBA studies in London and Cologne. Right now i am recovering from a knee injury and I hope to be able to get back to work soon (before that, I was employed as an Export/International Business Development Manager).
