Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Es ist sehr hell, da es 2 große Fenster und eine Balkontür hat. Die Wände sind weiß und es hat einen Parkettboden. Es ist ein Einzelzimmer mit einer Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken und einem WC extra.
Das Haus steht in einer Sackstraße, daher ist es trotz der Zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Viele Institute der TU Graz befinden sich in absoluter Nähe. Aber auch ins Stadtzentrum ist es nicht sehr weit. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich eine Gehminute entfernt. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in absoluter Nähe.
Der zentrale Treffpunkt ist die Wohnküche. Dort kann man gemeinsam Essen und sich treffen, je nach Lust und Laune. Im Garten befindet sich ein Tisch und 2 Bänke wo man auch gemütlich sitzen kann.
Im Haus wohnen nur Studenten, daher passt es sehr gut da alle sehr ähnlich Gewohnheiten haben.
