From the beginning of May my cozy and generous WG room will be free. The room is about 23 m2 and is located on the eighth floor, with a large window front that not only lets much light in, but also offers a beautiful view into the green. The whole with balcony and cozy seating area.
The apartment is located in Cologne Junkersdorf, in the immediate vicinity of SpoHo– you need a few minutes by bike or walk. The Adenauer Weiher is also very close: ideal for jogging or walking.
The connection to the city is good. By bus line 136 you can easily get to Cologne city centre. If you prefer to travel with the KVB wheel, you can quickly get access to line 1 – that is to say with the ÖPNV everything is easy to reach.
Kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated at the end of 2023.
The rent also includes an underground parking space that you can rent if you have no need for 40 €.
It is the final warm rental. Electricity/Internet/heating costs etc. are taken over by the landlord, you "rent" the room and the other rooms are freely usable.
There is a guest toilet and a large bathroom with toilet, so you never get in the way.
I lived in the room for four and a half years and I always liked to come home. Now I arrived in working life and move alone into a new apartment.

Ab Anfang Mai wird mein gemütliches und großzügiges WG-Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 23 m² groß und befindet sich im achten Stock, mit einer großen Fensterfront, die nicht nur viel Licht reinlässt, sondern auch einen schönen Blick ins Grüne bietet. Das ganze mit Balkon und gemütlicher Sitzecke.
Die Wohnung liegt in Köln Junkersdorf, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur SpoHo– du brauchst nur wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Auch der Adenauer Weiher ist ganz nah: ideal zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen.
Die Anbindung zur Stadt ist gut. Mit der Buslinie 136 kommst du bequem in die Kölner Innenstadt. Wer lieber mit dem KVB-Rad unterwegs ist, hat damit schnell Zugang zur Linie 1 – also auch mit dem ÖPNV alles easy erreichbar.
Küche und Bad wurden Ende 2023 komplett renoviert.
Die Miete beinhaltet noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den man, wenn man kein Bedarf hat für 40 € untervermieten kann.
Es handelt sich um die finale Warmmiete. Strom/Internet/Heizkosten etc. werden vom Vermieter übernommen, man "mietet" das Zimmer und die anderen Räumlichkeiten sind frei nutzbar.
Es gibt eine Gästetoilette und ein großes Bad mit Toilette, so kommt man sich eigentlich nie in die Quere.
Ich habe vier einhalb Jahre in dem Zimmer gewohnt und bin immer sehr gerne nach Hause gekommen. Nun bin ich im Arbeitsleben angekommen und ziehe alleine in eine neue Wohnung.

Shopping facilities are a nearby net (about 8 min walk), or a rewe (10 min walk) or you drive by bike or bus to Marsdorf, there are Aldi, Lidl, Edeka etc....

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein nahe gelegener Netto (ca 8 min zu Fuß), oder ein Rewe (10 min zu Fuß) oder man fährt mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus nach Marsdorf, da gibt es Aldi, Lidl, Edeka etc....
The WG is completely new. Ruoyao and Seyda have lived here since April. Ruoyao is 20 years old and has recently moved to Germany. She has lived in Germany for a few years before. She is currently doing a language course to start her education from August. In her spare time she likes to cook (especially Chinese dishes) and likes to go to the gym.
Seyda is 24 and makes an education a teacher. She likes to be active, likes to try out new sports, loves spending time with friends and also likes to picnic in the green.
The WG life is overall calm, respectful and relaxed. Everyone has its own rhythm, but if you want to find time for a small exchange or just a nice conversation in the kitchen. We make sure everyone feels comfortable – both in terms of cleanliness and coexistence.
Die WG bildet sich ganz neu. Seit April wohnen Ruoyao und Seyda hier. Ruoyao ist 20 Jahre alt, und ist erst vor Kurzem nach Deutschland gezogen. Sie hat aber bereits davor schon einige Jahre in Deutschland gelebt. Sie macht aktuell einen Sprachkurs um ihre Ausbildung ab August zu beginnen. In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie gerne (vor allem chinesische Gerichte) und geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio.
Seyda ist 24 und macht eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin. Sie ist gerne aktiv, probiert gerne neue Sportarten aus, liebt es, Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen und geht auch gerne mal zum Picknicken ins Grüne.
Das WG-Leben ist insgesamt ruhig, respektvoll und entspannt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus, aber wenn man möchte, findet sich immer mal Zeit für einen kleinen Austausch oder einfach ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche. Wir achten darauf, dass sich alle wohlfühlen – sowohl was Sauberkeit als auch das Miteinander angeht.
If you think that could fit. I actually plan on 03+04. Moving May, probably you could already go to the WG.
I would leave a sofa, two shelves, possibly a height-adjustable desk and the balcony furniture in it. But we can still clarify that.
Melde dich gerne, wenn du denkst, dass das passen könnte. Ich plane eigentlich bereits am 03+04. Mai umzuziehen, vermutlich könntest du ab dann bereits in die WG.
Ich würde ein Sofa, zwei Regale, eventuell einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und die Balkonmöbel drin lassen. Das können wir aber noch entspannt klären.
