Die Wohnung liegt im 10. Stock und ist ca. 97 qm groß. Das große, helle Wohnzimmer ist das Zentrum unserer WG. An das Wohnzimmer schließt ein gemütlicher Balkon an. Die Küche ist geräumig.
Von einem Flur aus geht es in die drei Zimmer der WG.
Es gibt einen ebenfalls einen kleinen Abstellraum, ein Gäste WC und ein Bad mit einer Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wiener Weg und ist ca 5 Geh-Minuten von der Bushaltestelle und ca. 10min von der Bahn entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen :)
Wir, Lara und Niki studieren beide an der Spoho und haben neben dem Studium ein paar Nebenjobs. In der WG ist es immer lustig, wir sind immer gut gelaunt und wenn mal jemand seine Ruhe braucht kann er/sie diese gerne nutzen. Zum quatschen haben wir immer ein offenes Ohr.
