There are two rooms free in the flat, ca 20-22 square meter. The rooms are located west side of the building so you can see the evening sun, they are nicely bright all day. We sharing a nice kitchen, completely furnished (dishwasher) and bathroom (washing machine). The flat is on the third floor which gives us a very nice view on the gardens bellow from the balcony. The location is pretty calm and quiet, with nice neighbors. For transportation, it's a 10min walk to Kalk Kapelle where you can take line 1 and 9, and a 15min walk to Buchforst where you can take the S-Bahn. There's an Aldi at 5minutes walk and a Lidl a bit further.
During your stay you will live with Sofia, she's 26yo and comes from Greece. She's a historian doing a Phd at the university of Cologne, she's very friendly and easy going. The other flatmate is Klaudio, he's 22 and also from Greece, he's right now learning German. We mostly communicate in English but both flatmates would love to improve their german. We would like to meet someone chill and open minded :) We share cleaning tasks and rotate every week. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions !
