Hi guys! Im subletting my room for two weeks in koln, really near ThrimbornstraĂźe.
Sheets are included and in case you need it, towels will be provided.
I have plenty of plants that need to be water at least once per week, but i can take care of that as long as you’re fine with it.
You’ll have your own rack to hang your clothes, but the wardrobe is off limits.
The room has a lot of light which is beautiful and great for the summer as well.
Im looking for someone who can be extremely respectful with the stuff that’s in here, as this is my little own world, and will only rent it to someone who bears that in mind.
Really beautiful street in kalk, with great restaurants and supermarkets really near the area.
Also, we would love to show you around if you feel like going out with us 🤍
During your stay you’ll be sharing the flat with Mia, who’s from Cologne. She is a writer but is also a performer artist that would win your heart in seconds. You can have great conversations with her while sharing breakfast in the kitchen.
Then there’s me. Im from Venezuela and i’m also a multidisciplinary artist that its currently working on her portfolio.
Then, there’s Katze. Our beautiful and extremely food driven cat, who will steal your heart and a bit of your patience with it.
We only would share a flat with someone clean, who respects bounderies and that understands the needs of Katze (such as not leaving food unatended, including dirty dishes around).
We care A LOT about cleanliness, so we would really appreciate someone who shares the same values.
