Hallo. Wir sind Lara und Robin und vermieten über das Gamescom Wochenende 3 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Schlafplätzen (optional mehr mit Matratzen).
Die Zimmer sind allesamt ca 15qm groß und verfügen über ein gemütliches Bett sowie einen Schreibtisch. Elektrische Jalousien sowie abschließbare Türen.
Direkt an der Haltestelle Kalk Post. Zur Gamescom sind es 2 Stationen mit der 1/9. Fahrtzeit ca. 5min.
Auch die Trimbornstrasse ist nicht weit entfernt, worüber ihr mit der S12/S19/RB25 schnell zum Hbf kommt. Zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Kölner Arkaden in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Parken ebenfalls möglich. Top Lage!
Mit dir wohnen Lara und Robin sowie unsere Hündin Mia. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie Küche. Abstellkammer mit einem zusätzlichen Kühlschrank, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einen großen Balkon. Ihr könnt trinken, shisha, zocken oder was kochen.
Der Preis ist pro Zimmer und pro Nacht. Solltet ihr mehr als zwei Personen sein, kommen für jede weitere Person 50,00€ hinzu. Für den Schlüssel ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 150€ zu zahlen. Personalausweis oder Reisepass erforderlich.
