Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 12 m2 und ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommode möbliert. Zudem gibt es eine Küche mit ca. 10 m2, in der man auch sitzen kann und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und daher etwas dunkel.
Es hat im Keller eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner den Ihr mitbenutzen könnt und auch die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc. voll ausgestattet. Für das Zimmer gibt es Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sodass Du nichts dafür mitbringen musst.
Ich hätte gerne für das Zimmer inklusive aller Kosten 100 € pro Woche oder 18 € pro Tag.
Die Aufenthaltsdauer beträgt höchstens 6 Wochen.
Unsere 3-Zimmer-WG hat 75 m2 und liegt in Kalk, direkt an der Kalker Post, mit einer sehr guten Anbindung an U- und S-Bahn. Innenstadt, Flughafen, Hauptbahnhof - alles ist sehr schnell mit Bahn und Bus erreichbar. Die Kalker Hauptstraße ist direkt um die Ecke und dort gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Imbissbuden.

Eigentlich macht jede/r sein eigenes Ding. Ob sich etwas wie ein inniges WG-Leben entwickelt hängt von den Menschen ab. Es ist nichts geplant und es wird auch nichts vorausgesetzt.
Ich hoffe es ist selbstverständlich dass Ihr das Zimmer und die Wohnung ordentlich behandelt wieder sauber verlaßt.
