Intermediate rental WG rooms directly in the lime Zwischenmiete WG-Zimmer direkt im Kalk

Our WG is located on Eythstraße in Kalk, right on the brewery. So we even have a beer garden almost in front of the front door. The road, with its many old buildings, is definitely one of the more beautiful in lime, yet the opinions about them are divided. At least there are trees and it is also not far to the Kalker Stadtgarten. Make yourself a picture.
Lidl and net are within walking distance and also at Dönerbuden it is not lacking. To the Cologne arcades where you get everything, there are 5 minutes by bike. In 8 minutes you will arrive by bike to a farm shop in Vingst.
For sports activities, there is a high mountain swimming pool, Vingster Lake and Merheimer Heide. If it really goes into the green, he or she is also in 12 minutes with the 9 in the royal forest.
On foot you will arrive in 8 minutes (when it’s short in sporting 3) to the stop Kalk Chapel (lines 1 and 9, so you’re in 10 min at the new market and in 19 min at the university). The bus lines 159 and 171 drive directly in front of the front door, since recently even directly to Wroclaw Square (20 min). The S-Bahn stops Trimbornstraße and Buchforst are easily and quickly accessible by bike.

Unsere WG liegt in der Eythstraße in Kalk, direkt an der Brauerei. Somit haben wir sogar einen Biergarten fast vor der Haustür. Die Straße gehört mit ihren vielen Altbauten definitiv zu den Schöneren in Kalk, dennoch gehen die Meinungen über sie auseinander. Immerhin stehen dort Bäume und es ist auch nicht weit zum Kalker Stadtgarten. Mach Dir selbst ein Bild.
Lidl und Netto sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch an Dönerbuden mangelt es nicht. Zu den Köln-Arcaden, in denen man alles bekommt, sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. In 8 Minuten kommst Du mit dem Fahrrad zu einem Hofladen in Vingst.
Für sportlich Aktive gibt es in direkter Nähe das Höhenbergbad, den Vingster See und die Merheimer Heide. Wen es richtig ins Grüne zieht, der oder die ist außerdem in 12 Minuten mit der 9 im Königsforst.
Zu Fuß kommst Du in 8 Minuten (wenn’s mal knapp wird auch in sportlichen 3) zur Haltestelle Kalk Kapelle (Linien 1 und 9, damit bist Du in 10 Min am Neumarkt und in 19 Min an der Uni). Die Buslinien 159 und 171 fahren direkt vor der Haustür, seit neustem sogar direkt zum Breslauer Platz (20 Min). Die S-Bahn-Haltestellen Trimbornstraße und Buchforst sind mit dem Fahrrad gut und schnell erreichbar.

Ricarda (30) works as a teacher in a Cologne school. She makes music with several ensembles and likes cycling.

Itamar (37) works as a social worker and in his spare time he likes yoga, cooks and lives vegan. He listens to music and plays guitar.

Alisha (28) works as a compliance specialist in an Internet company. In her spare time she likes walking, reading science fiction and fantasy books and watching movies like it.

We're not party-wg. We also cook vegetarian, so you should not connect your main meal with meat.

Furthermore, cleanliness is very important to us in the common premises.

So we are a very colourful and diverse Wg. We look forward to bringing new wind into the WG ;)

In der WG wohnen Itamar; Alisha und Ricarda.

Ricarda (30) arbeitet als Lehrerin in einer Kölner Gesamtschule. Sie macht mit mehreren Ensembles Musik und fährt gerne Fahrrad.

Itamar (37) arbeitet als Sozialarbeiter und in seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Yoga, kocht und lebt vegan. Er hört Musik und spielt Gitarre.

Alisha (28) arbeitet in einem Internet Unternehmen als Compliance Spezialistin. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne wandern, liest Science-Fiction und Fantasy Bücher und schaut Filme gerne.

Wir sind allerdings keine Party-Wg. Außerdem kochen wir vegetarisch, daher solltest du auch deine Hauptmahlzeiten nicht mit Fleisch verbinden.

Außerdem ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig in den gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten.

Wir sind also eine sehr bunte und vielfältige Wg. Wir freuen uns, wenn du neuen Wind in die WG bringst ;)

Die Miete liegt bei 410 €. Rent is 410 euros per month.
Die Mietkaution liegt bei 500 €. The deposit is 500 euros.

Registration at the apartment is not possible for now.

There is the possibility that you will be able to take over the room after the end of October.
