After four years in this beautiful WG, it's time for me to move into one's own place. The room is approx. 15m2 though not the largest, due to its high walls and the large window on the front side, it still feels by far not as small as that sounds first. In addition, the window always brings you plenty of daylight and a nice balcony replacement, with the large tree right in front of the house ensuring that it remains pleasantly cool in the room in the summer.
I'd like to leave my bed against a small detachment here, but of course it's not a must. You can talk about this when you come to the tour :)

The WG practically has three baths. Place to park your bike is under the stairs leading up to Julian and Kausar. In the WG kitchen everyone can use all utensils and has space to store their own food. Cleanliness is written very large in the common areas such as the kitchen. The WG is not ready to compromise either. If you're not a clean person, please look out to apply, otherwise you and the WG will get on the nerves. A cleaning plan also ensures that the floor is clean and you feel comfortable. Smoking is not allowed throughout the building. In addition to standard WG-Dinge we are equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. We are a five WG in which, however, just next to me, two more roommates are pulled out, which is precisely a completely new constellation at the end. The two great roommates who will definitely stay you:
Kausar, 26 years
works at Sparkasse. She loves cocks, animes, techno parties and festivals.
Humor is her the most important thing ever, with her you always have something to laugh.
Julian, 25 years,
studies energy and building technology at TH Köln in Deutz. He goes 4-6 times a week to Gym, drives downhill on weekends and loves festivals.
As a former craftsman, he takes care of the problems in the WG.

Nach vier Jahren in dieser schönen WG ist es für mich an der Zeit in eine eigene Bleibe zu ziehen. Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 15m² zwar nicht das größte, durch seine hohen Wände und das große Fenster an der Frontseite fühlt es sich dennoch bei weiten nicht so klein an wie das erstmal klingt. Zudem bringt das Fenster euch immer viel Tageslicht und einen schönen Balkonersatz, wobei der große Baum direkt vorm Haus dafür sorgt, dass es im Sommer trotzdem angenehm kühl im Zimmer bleibt.
Mein Bett würde ich gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse hier lassen, ist aber natürlich kein Muss. Darüber kann man reden wenn du zur Besichtigung kommst :)

Die WG hat praktischerweise drei Bäder. Platz um dein Fahrrad abzustellen ist unter der Treppe, die hoch zu Julian und Kausar führt. In der WG-Küche darf jeder alle Utensilien benutzen und hat Platz seine eigenen Lebensmittel zu verstauen. Sauberkeit wird vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie der Küche sehr groß geschrieben. Da ist die WG auch nicht Kompromiss bereit. Wenn du keine saubere Person bist, sieh bitte davon ab dich zu bewerben, sonst wird es dir und der WG auf die Nerven gehen. Mit einem Putzplan wird auch dafür gesorgt, dass der Boden clean ist und man sich wohl fühlt. Rauchen ist in dem gesamten Gebäude nicht gestattet. Über Standard WG-Dinge hinaus sind wir noch ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler. Verrat uns gerne welchen coolen und individuellen Beitrag du zu unserer WG leisten könntest.
Wir sind eine fünfer WG in welcher jedoch gerade neben mir noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner am ausziehen sind, wodurch sich gerade eine ganz neue Konstellation am bilden ist. Die beiden tollen Mitbewohner die dir auf jeden Fall erhalten bleiben sind:

Humor ist ihr das Wichtigste überhaupt, mit ihr hat man auf jeden Fall immer was zu lachen.
Julian, 25 Jahre,
studiert Energie- und Gebäudetechnik an der TH Köln in Deutz. Er geht 4-6 mal die Woche ins Gym, fährt am Wochenende Downhill und liebt Festivals.
Als ehemaliger Handwerker kümmert er sich um die Probleme in der WG.

Wir sind keine zweck WG und möchten daher, dass die Chemie stimmt und wir auch gerne zusammen Zeit verbringen, wie z.B. Spieleabende oder WG-Partys zu veranstalten. Melde dich, wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast und dich unsere WG anspricht.
