Ich vermiete mein Zimmer, da ich einen Monat in eine andere Stadt ziehe. Dementsprechend wird mein Zimmer inkl. Möbel (auch mit der super Hängematte) vermietet. Das Zimmer hat einen Spiegel, gut blickdichte Rolläden und zwei Heißkörper, welche zusammen geschaltet sind. Mein Schrank besteht aus einer Leiter, die auf zwei Halterungen stehen. Wenn du unmengen an Kleidung mitbringst wird es wahrscheinlich eng, aber ich habe auch schon realtiv viel Kleidung und es passt. Die Fenster sind (abgesehen von einem) mit einer Spiegelfolie versehen und damit (tagsüber) blickdicht und sie bleiben kalt :)
Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was du benötigst. Auch ein Fahrrad könnte ich dir bei Interesse leihen/mitvermieten.
I'm renting my room as I'm moving to another city for a month. Accordingly, my room is rented including furniture (also with the super hammock). The room has a mirror, good opaque shutters and two hot bodies, which are connected together. My wardrobe consists of a ladder, which stands on two brackets. If you bring a lot of clothes it will probably be tight, but I already have a lot of clothes and they fit. The windows are (except for one) covered with a mirror foil and therefore (during the day) opaque and they stay cold :)
The apartment has everything you need. Also a bicycle I could lend/co-rent you if you are interested.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Arcaden sind in 5min erreicht, Kaufland ist gegenüber und Aldi ist auch sehr nah, sowie einige Dönerläden. Verhungern muss man hier also nie.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Linie 1 und 5, sowie der SBahn Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Ehrenfeld und Technologiepark. Nachts kann es sein, dass man die Straße hört, ich bekomme allerdings, abgesehen von Krankenwagen, nichts davon mit.
The loaction is very good. The arcades are reached in 5 minutes, Kaufland is opposite and Aldi is also very close, as well as some kebab shops. So you never have to starve here.
The apartment is near the lines 1 and 5, as well as the SBahn direction Hauptbahnhof, Ehrenfeld and Technologiepark. At night it can happen that you hear the street, but I don't hear anything except ambulances.
Das Leben in der WG ist ziemlich entspannt, würde ich sagen. Wir quatschen oft miteinander, insbesondere in der Küche. Oft wird zusamen gegessen, oder wenn es grade passt lange gefrühstückt. Wir helfen uns gegenseitig bei allem, was grade gebraucht wird und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Gerne diskutieren wir auch über irgendwelche Themen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan welche rotiert, womit jeder jede Woche einen Raum säubern muss.
Häufig ist auch besuch da, sodass du dich in dieser Wohnung wahrscheinlich nicht einsam fühlen kannst/wirst.
Life in the shared apartment is pretty relaxed, I'd say. We chat a lot, especially in the kitchen. Often people eat together, or if it just fits long breakfast. We help each other with everything that's needed and show consideration for each other. We are also happy to discuss any topics.
We have a cleaning plan which rotates every week (everyone has to clean up one room every week)
Often there is also a visit, so that you probably can't feel lonely in this apartment.
