Cologne Kalk is a legally Rhine-Westphalian, multicultural and aspiring neighborhood (you have been told for years, believe it or not). There are many (international) supermarkets, e.g. REWE, Kaufland and all possible discounters, e.g. ALDI, LIDL, NETTO and Norma, which are within walking distance. The nearest underground station, Kalk Chapel, is a 2-minute walk away. Lines 1 & 9 drive towards downtown. The TH (Campus Deutz) is just two stations away and you reach the new market in 10 and the university in 20 minutes. S-Bahn trains S12, S19 and RB25 are on Trimbornstraße, 12 minutes' walk away.

Köln Kalk ist ein rechtsrheinisches, multikulturelles und aufstrebendes Viertel (sagt man seit Jahren, believe it or not). Es gibt viele (internationale) Supermärkte z.B. REWE, Kaufland und alle möglichen Discounter z.B. ALDI, LIDL, NETTO und Norma, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. 
Die nächste U-Bahn Station, Kalk Kapelle, ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Hier fahren die Linien 1 & 9 Richtung Innenstadt. Die TH (Campus Deutz) ist nur zwei Stationen entfernt und man erreicht den Neumarkt in 10 und die Uni in 20 Minuten. Die S-Bahnen S12, S19 und RB25 fahren an der 12 Gehminuten entfernten Station Trimbornstraße.

The WG life is very relaxed, harmonious and funny. With 5 people, someone is actually always at home if you want to talk or procrastinate... and since we also have a large kitchen, it is also very possible. Here we cook, play, drink or chill together.

Just the WG is something in the break, so it can be a few new faces. Currently living here:
David (28) likes everything that has to do with bicycles, professional and private, cooks and much and is always to have for scraper snack.

Virna (27) our latest WG member (on time) and new in Cologne. Virna is a calm and open personality. She works at Decathlon and is looking forward to a beer in the evening.

Daniel (28) is our Wg New Access. Bike status unknown. Aspiring Tatoo Artist, creative head and funny interlocutor.

Paul (26) calls two flat wire heel his own, and otherwise everything is about sports with him, both in studies and in evening entertainment. Only in the topic of nutrition is the need for optimization in Puncto diversity;)

Archie (age unknown, senior), is Jasminas Labrador Mischling. He is experiencing the golden fall of his dog's life (it is already beyond it). It hurts here and there, he doesn't see so much anymore and pushes most of the day ahead, but is a very dear. Unfortunately, he also loses one or other hair in the apartment, because you should not be too sensitive.

As soon as the sun comes out, we like to sit on the balcony. The sun shines here in spring/summer from afternoon to late evening - beautiful balcony sunsets are guaranteed!

Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, harmonisch und lustig. Bei 5 Leuten ist eigentlich immer jemand zuhause, wenn man quatschen oder prokrastinieren will... und da wir auch eine große Wohnküche haben, ist das auch sehr gut möglich. Hier kochen wir, spielen, trinken oder chillen einfach miteinander.

Gerade ist die WG etwas im Umbruch, daher kann es sein das noch ein paar neue Gesichter dazukommen. Aktuell leben hier:

David (28) mag alles was mit Fahrrädern zu tun hat, beruflich und privat, kocht gerne und viel und ist allzeit für Schabernack zu haben.

Virna (27) unser neustes WG-Mitglied (auf Zeit) und neu in Köln. Virna ist eine ruhige und offene Persönlichkeit. Sie jobbt bei Decathlon und freut sich über ein Bierchen am Abend.

Daniel (28) ist unser Wg Neuzugang. Fahrradstatus unbekannt. Aufstrebender Tatoo Artist, Kreativkopf und lustiger Gesprächspartner.

Paul (26) nennt zwei flotte Drahtesel sein Eigen, auch sonst dreht sich alles um Sport bei ihm, sowohl im Studium als auch in der Abendunterhaltung. Nur beim Thema Ernährung ist in Puncto Diversität noch Optimierungsbedarf ;)

Archie (Alter unbekannt, Senior), ist Jasminas Labrador Mischling. Er erlebt gerade den goldenen Herbst seines Hundelebens (vllt ist er auch schon drüber hinaus). Es schmerzt hier und da, er sieht nicht mehr so viel und döst den Großteil des Tages vor sich hin, ist aber ein ganz Lieber. Leider verliert er auch das eine oder andere Haar in der Wohnung, da sollte man nicht zu empfindlich sein.

Sobald die Sonne rauskommt sitzen wir gerne auf dem Balkon. Die Sonne scheint hier im Frühling/Sommer ab Nachmittags bis spät abends - wunderschöne Balkon Sonnenuntergänge sind also garantiert!


PS: Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie und jegliche andere Art der Diskriminierung haben bei uns nichts zu suchen. :)

The complete rental including all additional costs is 460€ per month - of which are 20€ for the WG cashier, with which we buy common stuff such as detergent, sink, housing stuff etc. (PS a washing room also exists).

Die komplette Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 460€ pro Monat - davon sind 20 € für die WG-Kasse, womit wir gemeinsames Zeug wie Waschmittel, Spüli, Wohnungsstuff etc. kaufen (PS einen Waschraum gibt es auch).
