Für das dritte Zimmer in unsere WG in Kalk suchen wir ab 24.09.2021 (bzw. 01.10.) eine WG-Mitbewohner*in. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete bis 15.01.2022. Die Wohnung ist ca. 80m2, ruhig und sehr angenehmen. Es liegt mitten in Kalk an der Hauptstraße und die Station Kalk Kapelle ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß, komplett möbliert (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal)und durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell. Es gibt auch einen Balkon mit schönen Aufsicht.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Flur befindet sich ein kleiner Schrank für zusätzlichen Stauraum und ein Tisch mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, welche schon für tolle gemeinsame WG Abende hergehalten hat. Das Bad besitzt eine Dusche und ist ansonsten auch komplett ausgestattet.

Hey there, we are looking for a flatmate for short-term stay from Sep.24.2021 to Jan.15.2022. It is a big (80m2), quiet and cozy apartment with its public area (shared living room/dining area). The flat is 3 minutes away by foot from station Kalk Kapelle. Your room is 17m², completely furnished (as in photos) and bright with a big window. You would share a bathroom, kitchen and living room with us. They are all well-equipped. There is also a balcony with an amazing view!
Die WG liegt optimal und beitet sehr gute Kauf und Transport-möglichkeiten. Man kommt in 3 Minuten an der Station Kalk Kapelle (Linie 1 und 9) an. Direkt gegenüber sind Rossmann und Commerzbank sowie Bäckerei und Imbissstände. Kaufland, Aldi und Köln Arcaden befinden sich in der Nähe. Im Allgemeinen ist Kalk ein sehr schönes Viertel mit vielen verschiedenen Ecken.
The flat is in the center of Kalk and well-connected with public transportation. It's 3 mins walk from tram station Kalker Kapelle, where you could take line 1 and 9. Rossman and DM is 2 mins walk away. 5 mins you could reach Kaufland and Aldi by walking. The shopping mall Köln Arcaden is also on the same street.
You will be living with Lin Jung and Saúl. Both lovely people.
Lin Jung: I am female and almost finish my master degree in Sociology in University of Cologne. Now I spend lots of time at home for working (who doesn't nowadays), which means I would sometimes be in meetings. I enjoy cooking a lot. I am vegetarian and trying to be vegan for environmental reasons. You are welcome to join my Asian vegan dinner from time to time. I am active in transnational network of young greens and that in Taiwan. In general, political-interested and left-wing. I am interested in feminism and decolonism, so if you are a person who call yourself "color blind" or think "there is no gender inequality in Germany", you would find me very annoying. A regular visitor (1-2 times a week) to this flat would be my partner, who is a nice and chilled person. We usually cook dinner together so we would occupy the kitchen one or two dinner time a week.
In terms of co-living style, I wish to live with people who communicate about their needs and willing to adjust their lifestyle for others. What I care, just as example, would be like you would clean properly after you cook. Please write "Pho" in your application so we would know you read the text completely. You would ask before you use my stuff if we haven't agreed on the rules about it before. Lots of communication and respect is important for me in WG life. Saúl: Hi! My name is Saúl, I’m 27 years old and come from El Salvador. I recently graduated from the TH Köln (master’s degree in Natural Resources Management) and now I am searching for a job here in Germany. I like to play videogames, boardgames, watch movies and swimming. In a WG it’s important for me to have the common areas clean, have silence at night and be able to do something together with the flat mates from time to time (movie nights, cooking, picknics,etc.).
