The apartment is located in Cologne Kalk directly on the subway Sttation "Kalk Post" on a beautiful road with mostly old building façades. Cologne Kalk is partly not the cleanest or most neat district, but it has a certain charm and is underestimated. The multicultural district has everything to offer, where Johann-Mayer-Straße is mainly Italian. Neapolitan pizza, Italian fine food shop or perfect espresso for 1.20 euros are just a small part of the entire culinary offer. In the immediate vicinity there are cafés, hairdressers, all shopping facilities (Kölner Arkaden, Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl and international supermarkets) including weekly market and 24h kiosks. It is possible to get food, beer or snacks day and night.

Another special feature is the perfect connection to public transport: tram lines 1 and 9 can be reached in under one minute as well as S-Bahn lines 12, 19 and RB25 in 5-10 minutes. In Ehrenfeld, for example, you can change in ten minutes. At the poller meadows on the Rhine you can cycle without stress in ten minutes!

Die Wohnung liegt in Köln Kalk direkt an der U-Bahn Sttation "Kalk Post" auf einer schönen Straße mit überwiegend Altbaufassaden. Köln Kalk ist teilweise nicht der sauberste oder ordentlichste Stadtteil, es hat allerdings einen gewissen Charme und wird gerne unterschätzt. Der multikulturelle Stadtteil hat alles zu bieten, wobei die Johann-Mayer-Straße vor allem italienisch geprägt ist. Neapolitanische Pizza, italienischer Feinkostladen oder perfekter Espresso für 1.20 Euro sind nur ein kleiner Teil des gesamten kulinarischen Angebotes. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Cafés, Friseure, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kölner Arkaden, Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl und internationale Supermärkte) inklusive Wochenmarkt und 24h Kioske. Our WG life is friendly and uncomplicated. Everyone has the freedom to follow his everyday life, invite friends, hang together. Living together should be characterized by consideration, tolerance and a harmonic. We are always open for a coffee, board games or a conversation, but at the same time a lot on the go and happy about a quiet time home.

Aaron (26):I am Aaron, 26 years old, and have studied sports sciences at the sports college. After my studies, I worked as a movement therapist in childhood and youth psychiatry. I'm currently working in part-time (30 hours/week) at the Children's Protection Federation and working in an inclusive learning group in Kalk.Since I live in this WG for more than five years and look around again and again for new apartments, it can be that I'm moving out sometime. I am still here and look forward to a new roommate.

Klaudia(25): My name is Klaudia, 25 years and I study design at the KISD. In the WG, I usually experience coffee-drinking, listening to music, watching Netflix or painting, if I don't just leave the mess in my room again. I have bock games, wine sessions or cooking adventures.

Unser WG-Leben ist freundschaftlich und unkompliziert. Jeder hat die Freiheit seinem Alltag nachzugehen, Freunde einzuladen, miteinander abzuhängen. Das Zusammenleben sollte geprägt sein von Rücksichtnahme, Toleranz und einem harmonievollem. Wir sind jederzeit offen für einen Kaffee, Brettspiele oder ein Gespräch, gleichzeitig aber viel unterwegs und froh über eine ruhige Zeit Zuhause.

Kurz zu uns:

Aaron (26):Ich bin Aaron, 26 Jahre alt, und habe Sportwissenschaften an der Sporthochschule studiert. Nach meinem Studium habe ich vertretungsweise in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie als Bewegungstherapeut gearbeitet. Aktuell bin ich in Teilzeit (30 Std./ Woche) beim Kinderschutzbund angestellt und arbeite in einer inklusiven Lerngruppe in Kalk.Da ich bereits über fünf Jahre in dieser WG wohne und mich immer wieder locker nach neuen Wohnungen umschaue, kann es sein, dass ich irgendwann ausziehe. Noch bin ich aber hier und freuen mich auf einen neue/n/r Mitbewohner/*in.

Klaudia(25): Ich heiße Klaudia, 25 Jahre und studiere Design an der KISD. Man erlebt mich in der WG meistens Kaffee-trinkend, Musikhörend, Netflix schauend oder malend, wenn ich nicht gerade wieder einmal das Chaos in meinem Zimmer beseitige. Ich hab bock Spiele-Abende, Wein-sessions oder Koch-abenteuer.

It is important to us that our new roommates are among the quieter people in the evening and night. Ordinance is also important to us, especially at the small apartment. We have a cleaning plan that is currently rotating weekly, but you should also be able to wipe something behind you.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass unser neuer Mitbewohner vor allem Abends und Nachts zu den ruhigeren Personen gehört. Ordentlichkeit ist uns, gerade bei der kleinen Wohnung ebenfalls wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan der derzeit wöchentlich rotiert, aber man sollte auch etwas hinter sich her wischen können.
