Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge mit Fenster zur Ostseite, sodass morgens schön die Sonne reinscheint. Es ist voll möbliert mit Kommode, Bett, Kleiderstange, Tischchen und wird zum April wieder von der Hauptmieterin bewohnt. Außerdem gibt es einige Pflanzen, die den Raum gemütlich machen.

Your room will be furnished and located to east side. The main tenant will return in April. Moreover, you´ll have some plants in your room to make it cosy and to take care of :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Haltestelle Kalk Post, auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle Trimbornstr. ist in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In Kalk gibt es viele Geschäfte und auch die Arcaden, einkaufen ist überall um die Ecke möglich. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es knapp 10 Minuten S-Bahn-Fahrt. Zur Messe ist es nur eine Haltestelle.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein separates Bad mit Toilette sowie eine Küche. Diese Räume werden gemeinsam genutzt.

The flat is located close to stop Kalk Post, as well as S Trimbornstr. There are many shops with everything yu might need in the neighbourhood. To reach main station, you´ll only have a ten minute train ride.
The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, one bathroom with toilet and one with shower.
Du würdest den Monat mit Alex, Gitarrenbauer, Elias, Ergotherapeut, Elisa, Studentin & im Quartier am Hafen tätig; und Lotte, einer sehr süßen Katzendame, zusammenwohnen. Gerne machen wir einmal im Monat Pizza Abend mit selbstgemachter Pizza. Beisammensein in Küche und Wohnzimmer oder auch mal ein Ausflug ergeben sich oft, wenn du also etwas Gemeinsames machen möchtest, ist das einfach möglich :)

You´d live together with Alex, guitarmaker, Elias, occupational therapist, and Elisa, student & working in arts/ culture of Cologne. Furthermore you´d share the flat with our cute little cat Lotte. We like to come together once a month for selfmaking pizza. Casual meetings in kitchen and living room are everyday happenings. If you´re in search for an event together, it´s easy to find.
