As it hits me on the village, I'm looking for from 1. May for my fine room and my dear warm community a successor*in. It is located in the EC with about 12 m2 and views of the currently magically blossoming rock berm in the front garden and the trees behind it that announce the forest (and the lakes hidden in it) on the other side of the road. The room has a beautifully large window front. Directly in front of the door is a small hallway where another co-habiting room and a really chic shower room are adjacent. This only belongs to you, because baths are enough in the house.
In the 2nd floor there is also a bathtub that can be used. The WG is distributed over 3 floors plus basement and attic. With plenty of space for cooking, dinner, creativity, laundry, workshop, wellness (JA SAUNA!!! <3), workshop space, several terraces/alkone/loggias, nem quiet and really beautiful garden with fireplace, sitting area, small pond and fruit trees... Here also beetroots can be played. :

Da es mich aufs Dorf verschlägt, suche ich ab 1. Mai für mein feines Zimmerchen und meine liebe warme Wohngemeinschaft ein*e Nachfolger*in. Es liegt im EG mit ca. 12 m² und Blick auf die gerade zauberhaft blühende Felsenbirne im Vorgarten und den dahinter liegenden Bäumen, die den Wald (und den darin versteckten Seen) auf der anderen Straßenseite ankündigen. Der Raum hat eine schön große Fensterfront. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein kleiner Flur an dem ein weiteres Mitbewohnie-Zimmer und ein richtig schickes Duschbad angrenzt. Dieses gehört nur Euch beiden, denn Bäder gibts genug im Haus.
Im 2. OG. gibts dazu noch eine Badewanne, die mitbenutzt werden kann. Die WG verteilt sich über 3 Etagen Plus Keller und Dachboden. Mit viel Platz für Kochen, Dinner, Kreativität, Waschküche, Werkstatt, Wellness (JA SAUNA!!! <3), Workshopspace, mehrere Terrassen/Balkone/Loggien, nem ruhigen und richtig schönen Garten mit Feuerstelle, Sitzecke, kleinem Teich und Obstbäumen... Hier gibts auch Beete die gerne bespielt werden können. :)
Also ordentlich Freiraum und möglichkeiten! :)))

Über Baumpfleger, Dreadkünstlerin, Feuerjongleur und Filmemacherin wird jedes Herz bedient.
Die Sofalandschaft & die Feuerstelle sind Place to be. Zusammen kochen, Filme schauen, Feuer geniessen, Musik, Malen, Tanzen, auf was auch immer du Lust hast. Alles möglichst unkompliziert, ungezwungen & so, wie es eben gerade fließen möchte :)
Das wichtigste ist ein authentischer und herzlicher Umgang miteinander. Du kannst alle Bewohner kennenlernen, wenn du uns besuchen kommst!g
