!Nur zur Zwischenmiete (01.01.2023-31.03.2023)!
Hi, für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters möchte ich gerne mein schönes Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist extrem ruhig, da es zum Innenhof liegt.
Direkt nähe zur Südstadt (4 Min Rad / 8 Min Bus/ 10-15 Min zu Fuß), gleiches gilt für die Nähe zum Rhein.
Noch näher liegt der tolle Vorgebirgspark.
Vor der Haustüre fahren die Buslinien 132 / 133.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweier-WG. Für die drei Monate wirst du dir die Wohnung mit Rico teilen. Er ist gerade in den letzten Zügen seines Bachelorstudiums und arbeit parallel noch als Werkstudent.
Mit ihm kann man trotz beider Verpflichtungen wirklich einiges an Spaß haben.

Hi, for the time of my semester abroad I would like to sublet my nice room.
The room is extremely quiet as it faces the inner courtyard.
Directly close to the Südstadt (4 min bike / 8 min bus/ 10-15 min walk), same goes for the Rhine.
Even closer is the beautiful Vorgebirgspark.
Bus lines 132 / 133 stop nearly in front of the house.
It is a shared flat for two people. For the three months you will share the flat with Rico. He is currently in the final stages of his bachelor's degree and is working as a student trainee at the same time.
With him you can really have fun, mostly for sure in his spare time .
