Das Zimmer ist das größte der WG. Es hat aktuell nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden - Bett von 1,60x2,00m Bett wird hoffentlich bis Einzugstermin noch kommen, einen Schrank, Sofa, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Komode, Kleiderstange. Es ist super groß und geräumig und man fühlt sich (hoffentlich) direkt wohl.
Ich werde dir über die Zeit gerne Schubladen usw freiräumen, damit du auch genug Platz für alles hast! Frische Handtücher/ Bettwäsche stelle ich auch gerne zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. In 5 Minuten bist du bei der Bahn, dann in zwei Stationen in der Südstadt. Ansonsten gibt’s auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig Bäckerei, Apotheke, Cafés, Gasttätten, Rewe, Penny, Alnatura und dm. Also alles was man braucht.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen auf Zeit sind zwei ganz liebe Mädels, und ein sweeter Boy :) sie sind super offen, und du kannst sie immer alles fragen und bestimmt auch entspannte Abende verbringen, wenn du magst. Bei uns ist immer was los, also wird dir bestimmt nicht langweilig. Aber wenn du mal Privatsphäre brauchst ist das gar kein Problem.
Im September sind alle drei hier und da mal weg aber das wird sich noch rausstellen :)
Außer deinem Zimmer gibt es auch noch ein Gemeinschaftsbad, eine große Küche und eine große Terrasse.
Miete von 560€ zählt für einen Monat, Kosten für Tage vorher und nachher kommen dementsprechend noch dazu.
