Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m2 groß und befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses. Die Möbel lasse ich in der Zeit, in der ich weg bin, drin. Im oberen Stock befindet sich eine Küche und ein Badezimmer, was du dir mit einem Mitbewohner teilen würdest. In der unteren Etage ist ein weiteres Badezimmer und eine Küche (Jeder hat seinen eigenen Kühlschrank). Sonst gibt es noch einen großen Garten mit einer schönen Terrasse 🌞 im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
The room is about 17m2 and is located on the first floor. I'll leave the furniture in the room during the time that I'm gone. There's a bathroom and a kitchen (you’ll have your own fridge) on the second floor that you’ll share with one flatmate. There’s a second bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and a big garden with a nice terrace 🌞 we also have a basement with a washing machine and dryer.
Das Haus befindet sich 1 min von der Tram und 5 min vom Rewe, Lidl und Penny. In 10 min ist man mit dem Zug am Heumarkt (Zentrum). In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es Parks und einen See.
The house is located 1 min from the train and 5 min from grocery shops. It takes 10 min with the train into the city center. Close to the house are several parks and a lake.
Wir sind eine nette und aufgeschlossene 6er WG und wünschen uns jemanden, der/die offen ist für ein schönes, respektvolles und spaßiges WG-Leben. Wir verbringen oft Zeit miteinander und sind ein eingespieltes Team, daher würden wir uns über jemanden aufgeschlossenen freuen. Trotzdem kann man auch seine Ruhe haben wenn man das will. Im Sommer hängen wir oft auf der Terrasse ab 🌞 Die WG besteht aus Julia (21), Janna (21), Michel (24), Nina (28), Jörn (32) und mir, Momo (23). Nina und ich werden ab August im Auslandssemester sein.
We are a nice and open-minded flat-sharing group of 6 and would like someone who is open to a nice, respectful and fun flat-sharing life. We often spend time together and are a good team, so we would be happy about someone open-minded. Still, you can have your quiet time if you want to. In summer we like to hang out on the terrace 🌞 The WG consists of Julia (21), Janna (21), Michel (24), Nina (28), Jörn (32) and me, Momo (23). Nina and I will be on a semester abroad starting in August.
Das Zimmer wird von August bis Ende Februar 2023 untervermietet. Eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich.
