Das Zimmer hat ca. 13qm und ein Fenster zu einem unserer zwei Balkone. Auch wenn du keinen direkten Zugang hast, kannst du die Balkone gerne mit nutzen. Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wir haben zwei Kühlschränke, weil wir gerne und viel essen. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt, sodass beides gleichzeitig genutzt werden kann. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil in dem wir Dinge unterbringen können.

Die WG liegt in Köln Braunsfeld und ist gut an die Linie 1 und Linie 13 angebunden. Cool ist, dass der Stadtwald nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheken).

Ein paar Infos zu uns und der WG. Wir sind Nils (32) und Marvin (31) sind beide Sportlehrer an Gymnasien in Köln. In unsere Freizeit sind wir also auch gerne sportlich aktiv und machen Crossfit, spielen Beachvolleyball und machen Yoga. Wir sind außerdem große Fans von Brettspielen und gemeinsamen Kochabenden.

Wir suchen eine nette, aufgeschlossene Person für die WG, mit der wir nicht nur die Miete teilen sondern auch den einen oder anderen Abend gemeinsam verbringen. Falls du Interesse hast, kannst du dich gerne bei uns melden.
