Your room has a very large window, and lots of space for at least a queen sized bed as well as a desk and chair or shelving. The room's window has a view of our small charming street, but isn't too loud. The room is unfurnished so you have free creative freedom, and that will need to be taken care of by you ☺️

Das Zimmer hat ein sehr großes Fenster und viel Platz für mindestens ein Queen Bett sowie einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl oder ein paar Regale. Das Fenster des Zimmers hat einen Blick auf unsere kleine charmante Straße, ist aber nicht zu laut. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, so dass du freie Gestaltungsfreiheit hast!☺️
The location of the apartment could not be better. It is a 5min walk from Rochusplatz where you can hop on lines 3 and 4 directly to Venloer Str. Gürtel + Friesenplatz + Köln Messe/Deutz. There are also two equidistant bus stops with lines 139, 140, 141, and 143.
We have a DM, Rewe, and Lidl in walking distance as well as cute cafes and parks.
The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and I've never had any noise issues.

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Sie ist 5min zu Fuß vom Rochusplatz entfernt, wo man mit den Linien 3 und 4 direkt zur Venloer Str. fahren kann. Gürtel + Friesenplatz + Köln Messe/Deutz. Es gibt auch zwei Bushaltestellen in gleicher Entfernung mit den Linien 139, 140, 141 und 143.
DM, Rewe und Lidl sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wie nette Cafés und Parks.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ich hatte nie irgendwelche Lärmprobleme.

I am 23 just moved back to Köln after finishing my Bachelors abroad. I work full time at a coworking office in the Innenstadt, and in my free time love to travel and play on my frisbee team.
I am looking for an uncomplicated living situation, and a rommate who is respectful of cleanliness and having the apartment as a relaxing space.
During the 6 months you will be able to use most of the kitchen instruments (plates, pots, etc.) as well as my living room furniture and washing machine. Of course, I would expect someone who is respectful of the investment made by me into these things.

Während der 6 Monate kannst du die meisten Küchengeräte (Teller, Töpfe, etc.) sowie meine Wohnzimmermöbel und die Waschmaschine benutzen. Natürlich erwarte ich jemanden, der die von mir getätigten Investitionen in diese Dinge respektiert.
