Hallo, da ich Deutschland verlasse, wird mein Zimmer in Köln Rodenkirchen ab dem 1. Juli 2024 frei. Das Haus liegt 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Zollstock Südfriedhof und 1 Minute zu Fuß von der nächsten Bushaltestelle Heeresamt entfernt. Die Wohnung wird mit 2 anderen Jungs geteilt, die beide Vollzeit arbeiten. Daher wird jemand, der ebenfalls Vollzeit arbeitet, bevorzugt.
Die Miete ist 450€ pro Monatg (alles inklusive). Ich würde gerne alle Möbel für 350€ abgeben (Bett, Matratze, Nachttischlampe, Stuhl, Tisch, Wäschekorb, Mülleimer, kleiner Kühlschrank und Schrank, Kleiderstange). Der erste Monat (Juli) würde von mir untervermietet werden (Vertrag wird aufgesetzt) und der Vertrag mit der Agentur beginnt dann ab August.

Hello, since I am leaving Germany, my room in Cologne Rodenkirchen is becoming available starting July 1st, 2024. The house is situated 5-10 minutes by foot from the tramp station Zollstock Südfriedhof and 1 minute by foot to the next bus stop Heeresamt. The flat is shared with 2 other guys who are both working fulltime. Thus, someone working full-time will be preferred.
The rent is 450€ (all incl.). I would like to leave all the furniture for 350€ (Bed, Mattress, bedside lamp, Chair, Table, Laundry Basket, Trash Bin, Small Fridge, and Cupbord, Clothes Rail). The first month (July) would be sublet by me (contract will be set up) and the contract with the agency will start from August then.
