Ich ziehe aus der Wohnung zum 01.09. aus und am 22.08. kommt jemand und entrümpelt alle Möbel aus allen Zimmern und es wird gestrichen.
!!!! Daher ist die Miete nur vom 01.08. bis zum 21.08. !!! (konnte nicht weniger als einen Monat hier auswählen)
Das Zimmer hat 14qm und ist in einem schlechten Zustand. D.h. es ist nicht sehr schön, da es eine Kellerwohnung ist. Dafür vermiete ich mit deutlich Verlust weiter. Die Normalmiete ist 480€/ Monat gewesen. Ihr zahlt nur knapp 10€/ Tag dafür, dass ihr irgendwo in guter Lage möbiliert wohnen könnt.
Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank. Schreibt mir einfach bei WhatsApp. ----/-------
Besichtigung ist möglich.
5 Min vom Barbarossaplatz entfernt.
Die Miete ist natürlich warm, es ist alles vorhanden. Küche inkl. Ausstattung, Waschmaschine und schnelles WLAN.
