Hello all!
My room in Grünewaldstraße is available for a sublet with the duration of three months. The room is divided into two parts and offers enough space for a bedroom and a study, for example. It also has access to a small terrace and the garden (which you may use in consultation with the landlady).
You share the kitchen, bathroom and hallway with your two flatmates, Maggie, from Germany and Caro, from Equador! Since the landlady is only in Cologne for a few weeks a year, the flat above the ground floor is almost always empty.
The room will be furnished, as the sublet will include most of my furniture (for sure the bed, bookshelf, sofa, desk and desk chair) - the wardrobe belongs to the flat. I really like my room so i will be looking for someone who takes good care of it :).
The flat is located in the Müngersdorf in the west of Cologne in a quiet and uncomplicated neighbourhood. Within 10 minutes you can reach the tram stop.
Junkersdorf or Mohnweg, from where line 1 will take you to the centre of Cologne in a few minutes. Its also 10 minutes walking distance from the German Sports University. The city forest is another highlight of the location, perfect to go for a walk or a jog and chill with friends.
We have a very relaxed flat-sharing life. Our common ground has always been sports, but Maggie and Caro are also always open to for a nice talk and chill. The place where it all happens is often the kitchen. We like chatting in the morning and sometimes prepare meals together in the evening. But as I said - everything is very relaxed, according to the motto: everything can, nothing must ;)

The room will be avaiable from the 1st of february to the 30th of april - maybe 31st of may.
