A BED in a shared room in a very nice, bright, quiet and fully furnished house will bee free for rent. The space is abou 7m2 into a 85 m2 House.
All furniture is completely new.
The rent is a total of 550€ +50 € including all bills and wifi.
The house wich will bee shared has a size of about 85 square meters in a very nice and well-kept area in Cologne Niehl.
It is only available for one person.
From the house to the tram stop you need less than 350 meters, public buses are within less than 50 meters walking distance.
From the tram stop to the cathedral DOM - center it takes 8 minutes by tram, to the university 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shopping facilities for daily needs, restaurants, snack bar, doctors, hospital, etc.
The room is shared by four people. The living room is nice and big with big tv flat scrren and it has a chill effect. The kitchen and dining room are also having a nice flair.
We are non-smokers, very quiet, harmonious, sympathetic personalities who are very nice, respectful, sociable, interesting and considerate, full of humor . A woman (student, 21 years old) and an other woman (student, 19 years old) are already living in the spacious house and 2 more places are still for rent in that room.
We will live in a very nice and bright house, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH OF COLOGNE.
Only the women share the shower room and toilet. The kitchen will bee shared, as well as the W-Lan, otherwise everyone is self-sufficient.
Everyone has retreat and his peace.
Joint activities can be arranged, but are not a must.
The following documents are needed to conclude a rental agreement:
- Copy of identity card
- Guarantee or proof of income
- The deposit is 1 rent for a rental period of 3 months, from 6 months rental period, it is 3 months rent.

Alle Möbelstücke sind, komplett neu.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 550 € + 50 Euro für alle Nebenkosten und WLAN.
Der Raumanteil hat eine Größe von ca. 7 Quadratmetern (BETT) in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus in Köln Niehl.
Es ist nur für eine Person verfügbar.
Vom Haus bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle benötigen Sie weniger als 350 Meter, öffentliche Busse sind in weniger als 50 Meter zu Fuß erreichbar.
Von der Bahnhaltestelle bis zum Dom- Zentrum sind es mit der Straßenbahn 8 Minuten, zur Universität 20 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, Restaurants, Imbiss, Ärzte, Krankenhaus etc.
Das Zimmer wird zu viert geteilt. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön und groß, hat einem Chill-Effekt. Die Küche und das Esszimmer haben ebenfalls einen schönen flair.
Wir sind Nichtraucher, sehr ruhige, harmonische, sympathische Persönlichkeiten, die sehr nett, respektvoll, gesellig, interessant und rücksichtsvoll, voller Humor sind . Eine (Studentin, 21 Jahre alt) und eine weitere (Studentin, 19 Jahre alt) wohnen bereits in dem geräumigen Haus und 2 weitere Plätze sind noch in dem Zimmer zu vermieten.
Sie werden in einem sehr schönen und hellen Haus wohnen.
Nur die Frauen teilen sich das gesamte Haus, also das Wohnzimmer Esszimmer und das Duschbad und das W, sowie das W-Lan, ansonsten ist jeder selbstversorger.
Jeder hat Rückzugsort und seine Ruhe.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten können vereinbart werden, sind aber kein Muss.
Zum Abschluss eines Mietvertrages werden folgende Unterlagen benötigt:
- Kopie des Personalausweises
- Bürgschaft oder Einkommensnachweis
- Die Kaution beträgt 1 Miete bei einer Mietzeit von 3 Monaten, ab 6 Monaten Mietzeit, beträgt sie 3 Monatsmieten.
