Das Zimmer ist ca. 21 qm groß und mit einem Bett, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Sofa, einem Kleiderständer usw. ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer erhält auch tagsüber ausreichend Sonnenlicht :)
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 500€ ohne Wifi, das zusätzlich 12€ kostet.
Deine WG befindet sich im Herzen von Zollstock, einem der beliebtesten Stadtteile Kölns. In der Nähe deiner Wohnung findest du einen Rewe/Aldi/Dm/Rossmann/Tedi und so weiter. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäckereien, Blumenläden, Apotheken und auch einen Unverpackt-Laden. Alles was du brauchst, findest du hier!
Die Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestelle Pohligstraße befindet sich direkt neben der WG.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Jazmin sein, eine Doktorandin an der Universität zu Köln. Sie ist 34 Jahre alt, kommt aus Paraguay und spricht Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Im Moment ist sie sehr mit ihrer Promotion beschäftigt, aber wenn sie Zeit hat, ist sie immer bereit zu quatschen :)

Since I'm leaving on vacation for a month, I'm looking to sublet my room during this period.
The room is approx. 21 sqm in size and comes equipped with all necessary furniture like a bed, a study table, dresser, sofa, clothing rack etc. During the day, you also get lots of sunlight. And when it rains, it creates the perfect ambiance to chill on the sofa with a cup of tea :)
The total rent is 500€ excluding Wi-Fi - for which you pay an extra 12€.
The WG is located next to the tram/bus stop Pohligstr - so right in the middle of Zollstock. Everything from Rewe, Aldi and dm are quite easily accessible. We also have bakeries and pharmacies and even a zero waste store nearby!
Your roommate will be Jazmin - a PhD student at the University of Cologne. She is 34 years old and from Paraguay. She speaks Spanish, English and German. Currently she's quite busy finishing up her PhD, but when she has time, she's always up for hanging out.
