Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und ist möbliert. Das Fenster geht raus zu einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße. In der Wohnung gibt es darüber hinaus einen Balkon, der richtung Garten geht und den ganzen Tag sonnig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten entfernt von den Stationen Weißhausstraße und Arnulfstraße (Linie 18). Die Uni ist 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt und alles was man so braucht gibt es um die Ecke.
Das WG Leben ist eigentlich sehr eng. Da zu dem Zeitpunkt allerdings 2 Zimmer untervermietet sein werden und die dritte mitbewohnerin ebenfalls einige Zeit im Juli nicht da ist, dürfte es eher ruhiger werden. Daniel ist gerade in seinem PJ als Arzt und wird die Zeit über hier sein, Ella ist Sonderpädagogin an einer Bonner Schule und wird zumindest teilweise in Köln sein. Die beiden sind ein träumchen
