The room is quite bright and comfortable. It has a big wardrobe to store all your clothes. It's furnished. You can use everything here and also there are extra bed-sheets and towels, so you don't have to worry about that. Kitchen, WC and the balcony are the only common areas and it's important that they stay clean and in order.
The room would be perfect for somebody that is doing a stage during September
It's quite close to Neumarkt (5 min) and just next to the Agrippa Bad. The university is around 20 min away with the Tram and many other sites are in walking distance (Rhein, Heumarkt, City Center, Chlodwig Platz, among others)
You will spend this time with Tim (25) and Feli (24). Tim is a law student doing his PhD, he is quite open and chill, he likes to stay active and do some sports, going out and try different cultural events. He goes often to the cinema and during the week he goes every day to the Uni. Feli is working for a TV company, she studied mode design and she has quite a charged week, almost everyday at the office but he loves to have a chat or a coffee when everybody comes home. Both of them are really nice and friendly.
The room is available from September 4th to September 29th. The rent is 430 euros (warm) and the same for the deposit that you get back at the end of the stay.
The entrance date (04.09) could be flexible a couple of days before, even from 01.09, but it's about to be confirmed.
