Area is quiet and close to the park. Train station "Sülz Hermeskeiler Platz" is 50m from apartment and train goes to city-center every 10 min.
Wir haben eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Wohnen ist komfortabel.
