Hallo zusammen,
die Wohnung ist mit 66m² ausreichend groß für zwei Leute.
Dein neues Zimmer ist etwas über 20m² groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf grüne Bäume, ist super geschnitten und sehr gemütlich. Ich vermiete es unmöbliert, Platz ist aber für Schreibtisch, Schrank, Couch und Bett (siehe Zimmerfoto vom Vormieter).
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, ein Fenster und eine Waschmaschine, die Küche hat alles was man braucht.
Ihr könnt das Zimmer ab dem 01.08.22 mieten, Mitte/ Ende August ist aber auch kein Problem.
Die Dürener Straße liegt sehr zentral. Ehrenfeld, Belgisches Viertel und Innenstadt sind nur ein paar Fahrradminuten entfernt. Bus- und Bahnstationen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auf der Dürener Straße gibt es alles, was man braucht (Aldi, Rewe, dm, Apotheke, top Pizzeria direkt im Haus). Weitere Restaurants sind nicht weit (Hans im Glück z.B.).
Ich heiße Sarah, bin 34, promoviere in Pädagogik und arbeite Vollzeit. Ich freue mich auf ein relaxtes WG-Leben, bei dem mal gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen werden kann, aber auch jede Zeit für ihren Kram hat. Jede hat natürlich mal Freund*innen da, aber aus dem Party-WG-Alter bin ich dann doch raus :-)
Besonderheit: Ich bin aufgrund meiner beruflichen Situation standardmäßig 4-5 Tage der Woche nicht in Köln, von daher hast du die Wohnung dann ganz für dich :-)
