Da ich spontan verreise, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer ab sofort (13.08) bis zum 20.10 zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und liegt im EG mit Zugang zum Innenhof. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, sodass man auch zu sich auch bei voller WG nie in die Quere kommt. Im Sommer sind wir oft nur zu 2. oder 3., da immer mal jemand im Urlaub ist.
Abgesehen davon gibt es einen Fahrradabstellraum , eine Dichterasse, und ich könnte dir mein Rad leihen.
Die Teilnahme am Putzplan, Sauberkeit, respektvoller Umgang in der WG sind natürlich Voraussetzung :-)
Ruhig in Lindenthal. 10 Minuten zur Uni, Ehrenfeld, Innenstadt, Sülz, Bahnhof Süd... Alles was man so braucht, kann man auf der Dürener Straße nebenan besorgen.
