Das Zimmer ist hell und verfügt über Parkettboden und einen weißen Einbauschrank neben der Tür, die in den Raum integriert ist. Es hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof, wo sich der Balkon befindet und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Die restliche Ausstattung besteht aus einem Bett mit einer geräumigen Bettbox. Was das Dekor angeht, bin ich relativ flexibel, falls jemand etwas bringt oder nicht im Raum sein möchte. Zwischen den Zimmern ist ein Flur. Sie klingen nicht so.
Die Wohnung befindet sich südlich von Kreuzkölln, so dass es innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß hundert Restaurants und Bars gibt. Es ist in der Richardstraße und in der obersten Etage, so dass wir praktisch keinen Straßenlärm hören können. Es gibt eine schöne Kaffeekabine am Straßenrand, perfekt für einen Cappucino auf dem Weg zur Arbeit.
Die U7 ist auch 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Außerdem ist es sehr nah an Supermärkten (Aldi, Lidle, Rewe, Kaufland, etc.).
