Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß, hat einen modernen Boden und ist durch große Fenster super hell.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage! Wir wohnen in Lindenthal zwischen Aachener Weiher und dem Clarenbach. An der Haltestelle Melaten fahren die Linien 1 und 7, die in nur 2 min. Fußweg zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug. Die Dürener Str. ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wo man Rewe, Aldi, Edeka aber auch Cafés und Restaurants findet. Zudem ist die Uni super schnell zu erreichen.
In unserer WG wird gerne etwas zusammen unternommen. Alle verstehen sich super, daher sind wir absolut keine Zweck WG. Und das sollte auch gern so bleiben:-)
Natürlich sind uns Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig, sodass man sich in der Wohnung auch wohl fühlt.
Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und besitzt neben Bad auch ein Gäste WC. Zudem gibt es einen großzügigen Balkon und in der Küche ist eine Spülmaschine vorhanden :)
