Hallo :)

Da meine Mitbewohnerin zum 01.03.22 auszieht, biete ich hier das freistehende Zimmer zur Miete an. Diese beträgt 555€ inklusive Strom/Gas/Internet! Das Zimmer ist circa 14 Quadratmeter groß und direkt an die Terrasse angebunden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Hierfür wird eine anteilige Abschlagszahlung von 150 Euro verlangt, da wir diese selbst angeschafft haben. Die Kaution der Wohnung beträgt 780 Euro.

Die Wohnung ist top angebunden und liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Gleuelerstr/Gürtel und circa 7 Min. von der Haltestelle Dürenerstr./Gürtel entfernt. Man kann also sehr schnell mit dem Bus 146 oder 136 und mit der Bahn Line 7 / 9 und 13 überall hingelangen. Supermärkte wie Netto und Rewe befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Stadtwald unweit.

Mir wäre es lieb, wenn sich eine Person findet, die ähnliche Ansichten teilt und offen ist. Ich selber arbeite im sozialen Bereich und studiere nebenher. Gegen entspannte Abende mit nem Vino hab ich nie was einzuwenden und möchte hervorheben, dass unsere WG ein Safespace bleiben soll für alle erdenklichen Communities :)
