Ich vermiete ein schönes helles Zimmer im 1. OG, Altbau. Das Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus, mit Blick auf den Garten (der auch mit benutzt werden kann) und ist frisch renoviert. Es kann möbliert/ teilmöbliert oder auch ohne Möbel gemietet werden (bis auf die Kleiderschränke)
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Wanne und eine voll eingerichtete Küche, sowie ein Wohnzimmer.
Von hier zur Stadtmittel oder auch zur Lister Meile braucht man etwa zehn Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 200 Meter weg, ebenso die U-Bahn (1 Station zum Bahnhof). Die Lister Meile ist eine lange Fußgängerzone, die mit vielen Geschäften ausgestattet ist. Hier gibt es auch einen Edeka, Rossmann, DM...
Supermarkt (REWE + Netto), Cafe´s und Restaurants sind in der Nähe von der Wohnung. Der Rewe liegt wirklich nur um die Ecke, der Netto-Markt etwa 3-4 Minuten zu fuß entfernt..
Da ich berufstätig bin, bin ich entsprechend wenig zuhause. Ich koche gerne und dieses fast täglich.
Erreichbar bin ich in der Regel täglich ab 9:00 Uhr.
