The room has enough space to rest, study/work, relax and even shower!
The room includes: a bed, nightstand, shower, commode, desk, three chairs, three book stands and a beamer with Amazon firestick. You can count with all the furniture seen in the images.
The room is the first of the four rooms of the house. Right next to the main door and next to the street.

The area is not so close to the city center, so you can expect a calm and quiet neighborhood. The house is 5-10 min away from supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, Lidl), most of them you can find at the mall close by called Rhein Center. There are also a variety of options for restaurants or food delivery.
There are all options of transportation nearby, 5 min walk to the S-Bahn stop Lövenich, 7 min walk to the tram and bus stop Weiden Zentrum. Cabs and Ubers get fast too.

This WG is truly a special place thanks to the people living here. Our meeting point is our beautiful blue kitchen, were countless stories, cleaning plans, games, jokes, deep talks and delicious meals have been shared. Now in summer we enjoy to be in the garden too. Our multicultural exchange of ideas, humor, music and passions is something we value heartily, so a new roomie with an interest, curiosity and openness to share this kind of mindset would fit perfectly! You should know too that as much as we enjoy our company, we also respect each others personal space and privacy. What's most important for us is that each roomie feels at home, whereas in her/his individual space or in the shared ones.
