Hey new roommate!
For my beautiful attic apartment in Cologne Lövenich I am looking for a sympathetic roommate who likes a relaxed and friendly living together.
Your future room is approx. 12sqm, located in the attic and has a nice roof window. It is on the shadow side, but still bright and pleasantly cool in summer. Due to the slight slope on one side it looks super cozy. A large wardrobe is already in it and fits perfectly into the room – I would like to pass it on to you against a fair detachment.
The apartment has a total of 63sqm, we share the bathroom and the kitchen. There is also a common cellar - we are a total of four parties in the house - in which the washing machine is also standing and clothes racks are present.

Für meine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in Köln Lövenich suche ich eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf ein entspanntes und freundliches Zusammenleben hat.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß, liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat ein schönes Dachfenster. Es ist zwar auf der Schattenseite, aber trotzdem hell und im Sommer angenehm kühl. Durch die leichte Schräge auf einer Seite wirkt es super gemütlich. Ein großer Kleiderschrank ist schon drin und passt perfekt ins Zimmer – den würde ich gerne gegen eine faire Ablöse an dich weitergeben.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 63qm, wir teilen uns das Bad und die Küche. Es gibt außerdem einen Gemeinschaftskeller - wir sind insgesamt vier Parteien im Haus - in dem auch die Waschmaschine steht und Wäscheständer vorhanden sind.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the field perfect for a walk or jogging.
You don't need to have car parks here – free parking is available right outside the door. Shopping is easy: by car you are in 5 minutes at the next supermarket, on foot you need about 15 minutes.
The connection is also top: in just 10 minutes you reach the train and bus, and with the S-Bahn you are at the main railway station in about 15 minutes. If you prefer to travel by line 1, you can reach it at the Weiden Center in just 10 minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, nah am Feld perfekt für einen Spaziergang oder zum Joggen.
Parkplatzsorgen brauchst du hier nicht zu haben – freie Parkplätze gibt’s direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufen kannst du ganz easy: Mit dem Auto bist du in 5 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt, zu Fuß brauchst du etwa 15 Minuten.
Auch die Anbindung ist top: In nur 10 Minuten erreichst du Bahn und Bus, und mit der S-Bahn bist du in ca. 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Wenn du lieber mit der Linie 1 unterwegs bist, erreichst du diese am Weiden Center in nur 10 Minuten.
