Ich gehe für einen Monat Urlaub und würde gerne mein gemütliches Zimmer für eine kurzfristige Miete untervermieten.
Es ist gemütlich und ruhig in einer schönen Nachbarschaft, wir haben zwei Bäder und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem herrlichen Balkon, um Ihren Kaffee in der Sonne zu genießen.
May Flatmate ist Viola, sie ist super cool und entspannt, sie arbeitet täglich von 09:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, so ist sie meist nicht in der Wohnung, doch wenn sie zurückkommt, haben wir eine Mahlzeit zusammen oder Getränke, aber es ist völlig bis zu dir und nicht ein Muss, manchmal jeder braucht seinen Raum. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist 3 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 11 Minuten zur SBahn, die 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Köln entfernt ist. Einfach schick mir eine Nachricht und komm vorbei :)

I am going for one month vacation and would like to sublet my cozy room for a short term rent.
It is cozy and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood, we have two bathrooms and one big living room with a gorgeous balcony to enjoy your coffee in the sun.
May Flatmate is Viola, she is super cool and relaxed, she works daily from 09:00 to 17:00 so she is mostly not in the flat, yet when she comes back, we have a meal together or drinks but it is totally up to you and not a must, sometimes everybody needs their space. Transportation is 3 minutes away by Bus or 11 minutes to reach the SBahn which is 10 minutes away from the central station of Köln. Please feel free to send a message and set a time to check it out :)
