In unserer WG werden 2 Zimmer frei. Beide sind 22 Quadratmeter groß, Zimmer 2 hat einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Bahnhaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustüre. Ärzte, Apotheke, Bäcker und Rewe sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In 20 Minuten mit der Bahn ist man am Rudolfsplatz.
Ich (w,28) suche zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen.
Ich wünsche mir eine WG, in der man sich zu Hause fühlen kann. Eine gute Kommunikation, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und vorallem Sauberkeit sind mir sehr wichtig! Ich freue mich, wenn wir mal zusammen kochen könnten, quatschen, einen Filmeabend machen usw. Ebenso komme ich abends manchmal Heim und mache die Zimmertüre zu, um abzuschalten.
Erzähl mir doch gerne etwas von dir und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst.
Da ich bereits knapp 3 Jahre WG-Erfahrung gesammelt habe, fände ich es schön, wenn du auch schon in einer WG gelebt hättest.

Zimmer 1 Word zum 01.03. freu und Zimmer 2 zum 01.04. Wir können aber drüber quatschen, es gibt etwas Spielraum beim Einzugsdatum :)
