Hello her loved ones,
my time in this great WG tends towards the end. But this is the perfect way for you to make a very good decision!
The room is interestingly cut, and if you do not like me with an oversized bed in the middle of the room, also very spacious. You have two small windows and a normal window to the east. The room is directly adjacent to the kitchen, so there are only about 5 steps against a midnight snack.
The apartment has a very nice community area in which I like to stop when the ceiling falls on my head in my room, or I just want a round of socializen.

meine Zeit in dieser tollen WG neigt sich dem Ende zu. Aber das ist für euch die perfekte Möglichkeit, eine sehr gute Entscheidung zu treffen!
Das Zimmer ist interessant geschnitten, und wenn man es nicht wie ich mit einem übergroßen Bett mitten im Raum vollstellt, auch sehr geräumig. Du hast zwei kleine Fenster und ein normales Fenster Richtung Osten. Das Zimmer grenzt direkt an die Küche an, also stehen einem Mitternachtsnack nur etwa 5 Schritte entgegen.
Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich, in dem ich mich gerne aufhalten, wenn mir in meinem Zimmer die Decke auf den Kopf fällt, oder ich einfach eine Runde socializen will.
The apartment is located on the border between Marienburg and Bayenthal.
The bus stop can be reached in one minute and from there the 132, 134 and the 130 drive. Every 10 min you come to the main station or direction university. If you take a small walk towards the Rhine, you will reach the tram line 16 (&17) in about 10 minutes.
The apartment has very good access to the southern city and important points such as Chlodwigplatz, Neumarkt and Heumarkt.
We live right above the Rewe, this is very practical. But also a Lidl and a hit are nearby. For a walk, you can walk along a beautiful avenue to the Rhine promenade, to the Vorgebirgspark or via a slightly hidden green bike path to the outer green belt. There is also a FitnessFirst, a McFit, an independent gym and a swimming pool nearby.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zwischen Marienburg und Bayenthal.
Die Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute zu erreichen und von dort fährt die 132, 134 und die 130. Alle 10 min kommt man zum Hauptbahnhof oder Richtung Universität. Wenn man einen kleinen Fußmarsch Richtung Rhein vollzieht, erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten auch die Stadtbahnlinie 16 (&17).
Die Wohnung hat sehr guten Zugang zur Südstadt und wichtigen Punkten wie dem Chlodwigplatz, Neumarkt und Heumarkt.
Wir wohnen direkt über dem Rewe, das ist sehr praktisch. Aber auch ein Lidl und ein Hit sind in der Nähe. Zum spazieren, kann man entlang einer schönen Allee bis zur Rheinpromenade laufen, zum Vorgebirgspark oder über einen etwas versteckten grünen Radweg zum äußeren Grüngürtel. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein FitnessFirst, ein McFit, ein unabhängiges Fitness-/Box-Studio und ein Schwimmbad.
Your roommates will be Yannick, Max, Alina and Patricia. You meet in the kitchen especially at night, cook next to each other, eat together and clash with each other. Sometimes we watch a movie, make a game night or plan joint excursions to celebrate, flea markets or even to the Philharmonic.
Every month we make a "Dinner with Friends" to invite friends for a communal dinner.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Yannick, Max, Alina und Patricia sein. Man trifft sich besonders abends in der Küche, kocht nebeneinander, isst zusammen und quatscht miteinander. Manchmal schauen wir einen Film, machen einen Spieleabend oder planen gemeinsame Ausflüge zum Feiern, auf Flohmärkte oder auch mal in die Philharmonie.
Jeden Monate machen wir ein "Dinner with Friends" zu dem jeder Mitbewohner Freunde für ein gemeinschaftlichen Abendessen einlädt.
