we offer our office for a short-term rental in August/September. We are LGBTQIA+-friendly and have no space for discriminal thoughts such as racist, sexism etc. In addition, it would be good if you were to eat vegetarian or at least for the time of your stay to do without meat / sausage in the refrigerator and the pan.
As far as cost-sharing is concerned, we are open depending on the period and expectations (the above price is a guide). Better make a proposal yourself in your first email.
We are NOT looking for a lasting roommate.

wir bieten unser Büro an für eine Kurzzeitmiete im August/September. Wir sind LGBTQIA+-friendly und haben keinen Platz für diskrimnierendes Gedankengut, wie Rassisimus, Sexismus etc. Außerdem wärs gut, wenn du vegetarisch essen würdest oder zumindest für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts auf Fleisch / Wurst im Kühlschrank und der Pfanne verzichten könntest.
Was die Kostenbeteiligung angeht, sind wir je nach Zeitraum und Vorstellungen offen (der oben angegebene Preis ist ein Richtwert). Mach am besten selbst einen Vorschlag in deiner ersten Mail.
Wir sind NICHT auf der Suche nach einem/einer dauerhaften Mitbewohner*in.

Apartment is very well connected and is located between the Bahnhof Geldernstraße and Neusserstraße/Gürtel in the Nibelungensiedlung. The tram lines 12,15 and 13 as well as the S-Bahns S6 and S11 can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes. Good access to the city centre, southern town, in Ehrenfeld and Deutz in less than 15 minutes by public transport.
Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und liegt zwischen dem Bahnhof Geldernstraße und Neusserstraße/Gürtel in der Nibelungensiedlung. Die Straßenbahn-Linien 12,15 und 13 sowie die S-Bahnen S6 und S11 in maximal 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt, Südstadt, nach Ehrenfeld und Deutz in unter 15 Minuten Fahrzeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
We are a couple, work in home office and otherwise spend a lot of time with friends or sports (letters/Pilates). Stefan is not here in September, so a small room is free. Since we are both busy during the day with work and in the evening with leisure activities and friends, it will not be a classic WG experience. Nevertheless, chemistry should vote.
Wir sind ein Paar, arbeiten im Homeoffice und verbringen ansonsten viel Zeit mit Freunden oder beim Sport (Klettern/Pilates). Stefan ist im September nicht da, daher ist ein kleines Zimmer frei. Da wir beide tagsüber mit der Arbeit und abends mit Freizeitaktivitäten und Freunde treffen recht gut eingespannt sind, wird es bei uns kein klassisches WG-Erlebnis werden. Trotzdem sollte die Chemie stimmen.
The apartment has a small kitchen with balcony and a daylight bath with tub. In the basement there is a laundry room and on the attic there is a drying room. So the laundry does not have to be suspended in the apartment. We look forward to your message. If you need information in english, please contact us.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit Balkon und ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche und auf dem Dachboden ist ein Trockenraum.
