Zimmer
Hallo, da mein Mitbewohner Auszieht, suche ich ab sofort eine*n neue*n Mitbewohnwr*in für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und gut geschnitten. Dank drei Fenstern auch sehr hell. Über einen Flur sind alle Zimme sowie auch küche, Badzimmer und Dusche verbunden.
Lage
Zwei Bushaltestellen sind vom Fenster sehbar und Fußläufig ca 2 Min entfernt wo die Linien 132 und 935 direkt. Abfahren. Das Wohnumfeld ist ruhig,da man nicht direkt am Zentrum ist.
Zwei Supermärkte sind in der nähe ( Aldi ca. 3 Min Zu Fuß und Türkische Supermarkt ca. 1 Min Zu Fuß)
WG-Leben
wir haben die aufgaben geteilt und auf einem Papir geschrieben. Jede Woche muss jemand die wohnung sauber machen ( die Aufgaben sowie die Zeit können nochmal bearbeitet werden) . Rauchen sowie Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt
