Hiii you’all! My bestfriend is leaving the apartment we are sharing so her room will be available from October 16th so I am looking for a new roomie! Our apartment is located in a second floor of an old building but the apartment is quite renovated. We have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one small dining area, a kitchen and a big balcony. The price is covered by internet and gas, we just pay the electricity apart from that which normally it its 65€ between the 2 of us.
These neighborhood is very relaxed. We have the bus 159 3 minutes walking from the apartment and it connects with Wiener platz where it is 8 min walking or just 2 minutes with the bus. There is a Turkish supermarket 5 minutes away from home. On the other hand if you are looking for shops, restaurants, Lidl, Rewe or DM it is only 8 min by walk. The closest trams are the line 18 or 4 which are 8 min by walk in Wiener platz station. As you can see you have many options! We are only like 20 minutes away from the center of Cologne.
My friend Carmen and I are flight attendants. She is leaving her room so this one will become available. I am Andrea, I’m 26 years old and I’m Spanish. I’m looking for a person who is responsable, organized and clean. We do keep the apartment organized and clean and I want to keep it this way. This is the most important thing. I do of course like to travel, cooking sometimes and do outdoors activities. The lifestyle in our apartment is normally calm and quiet do to our jobs we gotta take seriously our rest times. On the other hand, I also like to go out and have some drinks whenever my schedule permits it! I am a very fun person dont think the opposite! Hahaha
In our house we only speak Spanish and English so I do need a person who at least speaks one of those, communication should be important in the flat 😊 I am also open to get to know each other, even be friends and do plans together, I dont really wanna feel like I am living with a foreign person in the flat.
