Hello!! My name is Carmen and i am leaving my room so it would be available from October 8th so I am looking a new person for my roomie! Our apartment is located in a second floor of an old building but the apartment is quite renovated. We have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one small dinning area, a kitchen and a big balcony.
Location
These neighborhood is very relaxed. We have the bus 159 3 minutes walking from the apartment and it connects with Wiener platz where it is 8 minutes walking or just 2 minutes with the bus. There is Turkish supermarket 5 min away from home. On the other hand if you are looking for shops, restaurants, REWE, Lidl or DM it is only 8 min by walk. The closest trams are the line 18 or 4 which are 8 minutes by walk in Wiener platz station. As you can see you have many options! We are only like 20 min away from the center of Cologne.

My friend Andrea and I are flight attendants. I am leaving my room so this will become available. My friend Andrea, is 26 years old and she is Spanish. We are looking for a person who is responsable, organized and clean. We do keep the apartment organized and clean and she wants to keep it this way. This is the most important thing. She likes to travel, cooking and do outdoors activities. The lifestyle in our apartment is normally calm and quiet do to our jobs we gotta take seriously our rest times. On the other hand, we also like to go out and have some drinks whenerver our schedule permits it! So you are not going to get bored with her :)
In our house we only speak Spanish and English so she needs a person who at least speaks one of those, communication should be important in the flat.😊 she is also open to get to know new people, even be friends and do plans together, she doesnt really wanna feel like she is living with a foreign person in the flat.
