Good afternoon, I'm Alda, from Spain and I will be approximately 1 month and a half away from my room so I'm looking for someone who is interested in moving in during that time.
You will be living with a 37 year old french guy, very quiet, who likes to invite his friends over from time to time and have a conversation from time to time.
It is a quiet neighborhood, so it is not possible to have parties in the apartment, as my roommate doesn't want that either. But it is completely possible to invite friends over from time to time and drink without any problems.
Per month I pay 725€ so that would be what you would have to pay for a month, depending on what day you enter. The apartment is available from this Sunday 11/02.
If you are interested write me, tell me a little about yourself, what you do in Cologne, etc.. and we will meet to see the apartment in these days!

Guten Tag, ich bin Alda, aus Spanien und ich werde etwa 1 Monat und eine Hälfte weg von meinem Zimmer, so dass ich für jemanden, der daran interessiert ist, in dieser Zeit bewegen suchen.
Sie werden mit einem 37 Jahre alten französischen Mann leben, sehr ruhig, der gerne seine Freunde von Zeit zu Zeit einlädt und von Zeit zu Zeit plaudert.
Es ist eine ziemlich ruhige Gegend, daher ist es nicht möglich, Partys in der Wohnung zu feiern, da mein Mitbewohner das auch nicht möchte. Aber es ist durchaus möglich, ab und zu Freunde einzuladen und zu trinken, ohne dass es Probleme gibt.
Ich zahle 725€ pro Monat, so viel müsstest du also für einen Monat zahlen, je nachdem an welchem Tag du eintrittst. Die Wohnung ist ab diesem Sonntag 11/02 verfügbar.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreibe mir, erzähle mir ein bisschen was über dich, was du in Köln machst, etc... und wir können uns in den nächsten Tagen treffen, um die Wohnung zu besichtigen!
