Best care scenario: looking for a vegan! 🥑
Located in the quiet Stegerwaldsiedlung, the smallest room in the house is once again available to rent. The room is not huge but it definitely has enough space to store all of your belongings! we also have a cellar that can be of course used and that even has some spare furniture you could lend. The room has a nice window onto the quiet Stegerwaldsiedlung. The floor is a nice laminate and the walls are mostly easy to drill into.
The apartment has a fairly modern bathroom, with a bathtub and no window (we cannot have it all unfortunately 🥲). The kitchen has a rustic vibe as a former roommate created it from scratch. It is perfectly functional and has surprisingly a lot of space to store food and utensils.
The entrance of the house is actually through a balcony, and the neighbor is a very kind man living with his grown up son so that this balcony has been on occasion, in the summer especially, also a bit used.
Stegerwaldsiedlung is a quiet neighborhood, where mostly families live, so the worst that can happen is a screaming child once in a while (I, Michela, don't love children and I still find it all very bearable).
The line 3, 4, 14 are literally 3 minutes walking away, at the ominous stop "Stegerwaldsiedlung". These lines can take you to Wienerplatz in 2 stops, to Deutz also exactly in 2 stops, and each of these lines take you to Neumarkt under 15 minutes. The 14 now takes you even to Ebertplatz! So if you love to reach squares you are in the right place.
Next to the house we have a Lidl which can be reached in under 5 minutes walking and can actually be seen from the balcony.
Regarding the balcony, it is officially in my (Michela) room, but I am trying to make it into a nice shared space.
You will be sharing the flat with me (Michela) and Giulia.

I am fairly extraverted, I like Flohmärkte, nice walks and Spielabend (love Spielabend!). I am a ♋, ENFP and I love to chatter about spirituality. You will find me in my room doing homeoffice (or bed office), binge watching Game of Thrones with my partner or gardening on the balcony. My door is always open and I love random, spontaneous chats.

Giulia is not often at home. She might go on trips spontaneously and when she is home she prefers to be in her own space. She loves go on trips and parties, she really likes anime and speaks perfectly Italian, Spanish and English
Matteo (the guy who is moving out) will leave behind the wardrobe you see in the pictures (this is already included in the 150EUR).
We have a cleaning plan and share some of the food (onion, potatos, olive oil) in the kitchen (mostly for space saving purposes). However each of us has a "private food" shelf on the fridge and two such shelves for dry food.
