Hey! From 01.06 onwards, a room in our girls' WG becomes free – relatively spontaneous, but perhaps your happiness!
The room is about 12m2 and costs 510€ warm. There is a discount for the furniture (VB), about 300–400€, which we best clarify together.
Location: Right at Grünstraße stop, super central – Rewe, Lidl, DM, Apotheke & Co. right around the corner. All within walking distance!
To the WG:
We are Esther (24), Finja (22), Julia (26)– all students working alongside.
We're all three cheerleaders at FC and so we're more often out of the house for training.
Otherwise we are very relaxed; Everyone makes his thing and the more open we make things together. We like to go to dinner and drink, but also at party nights we like to go in town. Our WG is well equipped with beer table and mall column. But don't worry, there are also enough quiet weeks with us:) and we'll stick to a cleaning plan, where everyone always brushes everything in a week (you're almost once a month) and otherwise pay attention to a basic cleanliness, but aren't bad if there's something short.
The apartment has been freshly renovated at the beginning of 2024 and has everything you need - washing dryer, dishwasher, microwave and an airfryer.
The middle is 570€ per month with all costs
It is important to us that you are sympathetic and open and want to become part of our little WG-family – that is to say not only do the door to the door, but also do something.

Hey! Bei uns wird ab dem 01.06. ein Zimmer in unserer Mädels-WG frei – relativ spontan, aber vielleicht genau dein Glück!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m² groß, kostet 510€ warm. Es gibt einen Abschlag für die Möbel (VB), ca. 300–400€, das klären wir am besten gemeinsam.
Lage: Direkt an der Haltestelle Grünstraße, super zentral – Rewe, Lidl, DM, Apotheke & Co. direkt um die Ecke. Alles fußläufig erreichbar!
Zur WG:
Wir sind Esther (24), Finja (22), Julia (26)– alle Studentinnen und nebenbei berufstätig.
Wir alle drei sind Cheerleader beim FC und somit öfters mal aus dem Haus für Training.
Ansonsten geht es bei uns sehr entspannt zu; jeder macht sein Ding und des Öfteren machen wir die Dinge eben zusammen. Wir gehen gerne mal zusammen was essen/trinken, aber sind auch bei Partynächten gerne in der Stadt unterwegs. Unsere WG ist dafür bestens ausgestattet mit Bierpongtisch und Malle-Säule. Aber keine Sorge, es gibt auch genug ruhige Wochen bei uns:) zudem halten wir uns an einen Putzplan, wobei jeder immer in einer Woche eben alles putzt (man ist quasi einmal im Monat dran) und achten ansonsten auf eine Grundsauberkeit, sind aber nicht böse wenn mal etwas kurz rumsteht.
Die Wohnung ansich ist zu Beginn 2024 frisch renoviert worden und hat alles was man braucht - Waschtrockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und ein Airfryer.
Die Mitte beträgt pro Monat 570€ mit allen Nebenkosten
Uns ist wichtig, dass du sympathisch und offen bist und Lust hast, Teil unserer kleinen WG-Family zu werden – also mit uns nicht nur Tür an Tür wohnst, sondern auch mal was unternehmen willst.
