Also mit Verkehrsanbindung können wir punkten: in 3 Minuten bis du an der S Bahn Haltestelle, wo ca alle 12 Minuten eine 4 fährt und es fahren 2 Minuten vor der Haustür auch noch Busse (152...) . Einkaufen ist wirklich gut, eigentlich bräuchte man hier keinen Kühlschrank ;-), denn Lidl, Netto, Aldi, ein türkischer Obst/ Gemüseladen, sowie mehrere Bäckereien, Rossmann und auch eine Apotheke.. alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächste Bio Laden ist auf der Frankfurter Straße und da bin ich in 12 Min mit dem Rad. Da ich selber fast immer mit dem Rad unterwegs bin, kenne ich eher die Radelzeiten: du bist in ca 15 Min am Ebertplatz und genauso in ca 25 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, nach Ehrenfeld rechne ich 35 Min radeln....Auch gut ist, dass man mit dem Rad in 4 Minuten am Rheinufer ist, um noch die Abendsonne mit oder ohne Mauerbier ( besser: Frozen Yoghurt mit Kult Status :-))zu genießen.

So well connected or easy to reach is truly a point here: in a 3 min walk one could reach the S 4 Station ( von Sparr Straße) where every 12 min a Tram is arriving. In additon you can catch a bus with a 2 min walk ( 152....) . You don`t have to worry about shopping groceries ( one could live here without a fridge ) because Lidl, Netto, Aldi , a turkisch Fruit an Vegetable shop , two bakeries, a drugstore ( Rossmann) are quikly to reach with a short walk. Ok the next shop to buy organically grown goods is located at the Frankfurter Straße ... one needs about 12 min with a bike. Most often i know about the cycling time ( because that is what i use on a daily basis :-) )
Sooo 15 min towards the Ebert Platz, 25 min to the main station, to famous Ehrenfeld about 34 min an to the university it takes you a ride of 35 min / about the same with public transport. Another advantage is that the way to river Rhein needs 4 min to see a sunset or enjoy an after work beer or better a frozen Yoghurt ( which is famous)

Ich selber wohne jetzt schon seit 7 Jahren hier und habe die Wohnung dann irgendwann als Hauptmieterin übernommen und renoviert. Ich arbeite als Physiotherapeutin . Abends gehe ich oft zum Tanz-Training, radle noch ein Runde, gehe manchmal joggen.
Ich habe auch schon via Air BnB vermietet - das ist auch der Grund warum ich es sehr sauber halte und die Wohnung (noch) schöner einrichte. 😁 Da ich arbeite bin ich auch nicht so viel in der Wohnung.
Bisher war es unterschiedlich wie viel hier in der WG zusammen unternommen wurde. Ich mag es wenn ab und zu zusammen gekocht wird oder einfach eine größere Portion gekocht wird, so dass alle davon essen können. Ich koche inzwischen schon recht gut und ACHTUNG fast immer vegetarisch, öfter vegan und nur ganz selten habe ich
mal Ausreißer. Wenn du also täglich Fleisch essen willst passt das hier nicht.
Mir ist Nachhaltigkeit wichtig .
Zum Putzen: Gut für dich :-) ich übernehme die Grundreinigung der gemeinsam genutzten Räume ( dann ist es auch wirklich sauber) . Gut wäre aber, wenn du es schaffst einen Raum so zu hinterlassen wie er Minuten vorher war.
Einer meiner Grundsätze lautet: Kommunikation ist oft ein Teil der Lösung

I am living here since 7 years an took over ( responsibility) as a main renter and had a lot of renovation to do. At the moment I am working as a Physiotherapeut and looking for job opportunities to add some german teaching ( I studied before) . In my spare time I really like to go to dance classes, do a tour with my bike or hike and sometimes go for some jogging.
I have been renting out via Air BnB that is the reason why I took such an effort to make the flat nice and still renovate whenever I find some time.
I am spending not so much time in the flat because of my activities.
Depending on my flatmate there have been different ways of how much we interacted, I like it if we share a dinner once in a while , or one person is preparing food for all of us and we take turns . I am a quite good chef up to now but caution : most often I prepare vegetarian food , sometimes vegan and once in a while I cheat and still "need" some sausages :-( .
So if you want to eat meat or fish on a daily basis this would not fit in here.

Mühlheim erinnert mich an Berlin Mitte vor der Gentrifizierung. Es hat neben einem Bestand an schönen Altbauten diesen ruppigen Multikulti Charm und ja , hier findet mehr Leben auf der Straße statt .
Dein Fahrrad kann sich auf dem Innenhof wohlfühlen, wo ich das urban gardening weiter ausbaue.

Mülheim reminds me to Berlin Mitte before the gentrification. There a some nice old buildings and a rough multi- culturell charme, .... and yes the streets a more lived in here.

You can store your bike in the back yard , where I go on improving the urban gardening.
