Hello everyone,
we are looking for a new housemate to our house from 15th March 2022!
It would be nice if you are open-minded, uncomplicated and convivial person with experiences in shared flats. As we mostly speak English in the shared house it would be great if you spoke the language.
To get a picture of us:
Keerthana (26) is working as a Research assistant in a company. With little free time in hand, she tries to squeeze in things she enjoys doing like cooking, exploring music, sports and random talks! Vlad (25) is currently a student (Subject "Intercultural communication") and works part-time. He plays guitar and enjoys rock music. When he has a little bit of free time, he likes to play videogames and read books. Valerie (25) studies education in her bachelors. She likes to spend time in the beautiful garden, when it’s not winter, likes to cook and enjoys little trips around Europe from to time. You would be sharing the WG with them.
The WG has in total 5 rooms, two toilets (only one with shower) and a kitchen (with dish-washer!). Moreover, everyone in the house shares an amazing 350 m² garden (specially on summer and sunny days *_*). There is also a big cellar.
Two room is available for rent as one of our amazing flatmates are moving out.
The room is 16,4 m² big, and it is divided in two floors (very cozy and very bring) and costs 415,00 € warm (including GEZ, internet, rent, water, electricity and heating). Please take a look at the pictures for a better understanding. This room will be rented unfurnished. **Important information for the tall ones: The ceiling of the second floor of the room is 1,70m.
Location: The transport connection is really good. The train station Mülheim is located only 5 minutes away by foot and is a stop to the tram lines 13 and 18 as well as the S6, S11, RE 1, RE 5, and RB 48. Wiener Platz (line 4) and Frankfurter Straße (line 3) is only 10 minutes away by foot.
The Frankfurter Straße offers the best shopping possibilities. Although the position of the house is very good, the house lies in a really calm street.
